To the forest for Firelane 15 exploring. It was beautiful and I was able to stand in the sun, basking my way back to balance. An hour away from home wasn't enough so I took a walk down Old G. My body is craving walks and I am blessed with open nature all around me.
I was also craving kale salad.
The garbage disposal clogged in the midst of grinding my kale stalks. Water leaked out the pipes below. I had a mild freak-out. Plunging fixed it and I am relieved. What a day! My Independent muscles have atrophied with Nick as my Handy Husband. They're high and tight now. High And Tight.
