I tried to find a new park today. When I did, it was a very tiny grass square, surrounded by apartment complexes. That's not what I expected. I found a parking lot and talked to Nick. While we were talking about Sweden, he looked up another park and there I went. He is helpful even from across the ocean. I was alone on an asphalt path, listening to electricity buzz overhead, feeling the sun beat on my face and decided, "It is time to get on the ground."
Sometimes I need a very literal grounding.
These past 5 days have been an exercise in following my instincts and Hot Track. Whatever sounds good and feels good; I do it!
I am happy to report that my real joy comes from fresh air, from moving, from exercising independence.
