It turns out I love driving to our nearby suburban walking trail. It is paved, relatively quiet and a short journey from home. I usually walk the 1.5 miles up and jog 1 mile back. It feels so good to move my body after staying inside the past few months on Vaughn. There are no cars, few pedestrians, only two streets to cross - my path is perfect. I am. You are.
