Buck Moon
Today I begin Seed Cycling with the Moon.
A full moon means sesame or sunflower seeds and Evening Primrose Oil capsules. The EPO pills are very pretty, golden and slightly circular. After seeing the naturopathic doctor, I am now taking several supplements and want to list them for future reference: Things That Make Me Hormonally Balanced.
I spent 30+ minutes in Whole Foods, picking up bulk item after bulk item to make 2 kinds of granola bars for us to take on vacation. A few ingredients are brand new to me and I have never made granola bars at home ever. Growth! Snacks and breakfasts on the road can be quick, easy, healthy. Yes, please!
Nette's Pre Baby Body List - Hormonal Balance
Inositol powder: 2 tsp 2x a day, dissolved in water
Thorne pre-natal 2 pills/day
Vital 10 probiotics 1 capsule/day
Saw Palmetto, pygeum, nettles 2 capsules/day
Seed Cycling
Days 1- 14: 2 Tbsp freshly ground flax and/or pumpkin seeds
Fish oil 2 capsules/day (2000 mg)
Days 15-28 (which is best case scenario cycle timing)
2 Tbsp sunflower and/or sesame seeds
Evening Primrose Oil 2-4 capsules/day (2000 mg)
Other
Drink lots of water - try to get 90 oz.
Caster oil on abdomen prior to bed. Rubby rub. Digestion!
