I have been walking more. On Monday Nick came home and we headed back out right away to walk up the hill and look at the mountains. It was almost dusk but we made it just in time. I like walking with someone more than alone. I walk with Jen, Nick, Violet. With J and V the walk may be two hours or more, walking and talking, walking and breathing.This morning I walked further on my route than usual and estimated my total walk time to be 2 hours - it was 1.25. All under a cold drizzle with no hat or umbrella. Delightful rain! Tonight we have J over for supper since small group is moved to Thursday. We will celebrate Leap Day and eat a new chicken recipe. The house smells of banana muffins, soy sauce and rice. Mmmm. . .
