Fall Rest is going well. I set goals each week and have reached every one so far. Since seeing family last month I have decided to open my life to phone calls and moved past my fear of talking over the other person, being distracted, kids and any other little thing that kept me from liking the phone for years. Two sisters-in-law in two weeks is a record!
Last night was a new recipe. Red pepper/tomato/quinoa soup. It was spicy and hearty and even better for lunch today. Sunday is our Free Day and I am having trouble adjusting to pizza-less Fridays. I love Friday pizza!
I am still hooping every day - sometimes 2 minutes, sometimes 20. Our apartment is too small to explore new moves and going to the park alone is a step too far, so far.

Things to do:
get a "learn the guitar" book
finish a painting that has 3 do-over coats already
make a new thai chicken wrap recipe
kick it!
