Nick ran Hood to Coast and loved it / Jen came over Friday and stayed the night - Salad, pizza, laughing, Primal Fear ("nuh nuh no, Mr. Vail") / Naps on Saturday afternoon /A quick jog / More pizza / Star-gazing with Nick's new binoculars at the neighborhood park / Intimate couple talks about spirituality / Birthday pancakes made by me / Two fantasy football drafts for Nick - all via computer and phone / A bargain hunt - earrings, ring, gloves, pendant / Nick's birthday walk around the streets / 1/2 price supper of sandwiches and a cookie / A 20 minute visit to the very popular ice cream shop - our first time / Driving 8 blocks home in a smartcar because it was there / More binocular looking. . .birds, clouds, anything really.
