Day 21 of running:

Sarah came over today and we spent the morning talking, then out to lunch. Cheese quesadilla, please. We wandered into a new store and loved it. I was immediately drawn to a fluorescent green scarf and put it on. Wearing it made me so happy that I left the store with it.

When Nick got home he entered with, "Vacation number two!" We picked up my Chinese herbs and did a quick clip around the nearby track to get my run in for the day. When we finished both of our throats and teeth hurt. We won't be running there again.

To ensure Nick's visibility tomorrow for Hood to Coast we bought glow bracelets and a necklace. I will wear one at home for solidarity. With tuna casserole in his belly for energy he is sure to rock his run.
