I hung the nut rack and will hang pictures and inspirational words on it. 

I saw Lee today after taking a month off of acu and appreciate the balance of getting my energy flowing again and reassurance that my body is making strides in a healthy cycle.

I sat in the backseat of the the car, drawing, while waiting for Nick to come out of work. It is the hottest day this summer and he went right back out for First Thursday run. Sweat!

Jen and I talked on the phone and she gave me the name of a sweet-smelling, long-lasting cologne. It is in my amazon cart. Nick sprayed it on himself yesterday and I can still smell it.
