This week I have been getting out of the house more - on purpose. The more I do, the more time I have. I was telling Mom this weekend that I don't think there has ever been a time in my life that I thought, "I wish I had more hours in the day." There is always plenty of time for me.

Monday: walked up and back our hilly street, then to Meg's culinary school to have lunch with her. It was delicious and she treated. Treats!
Tuesday: a dvd I haven't ever done and then callanetics in the afternoon. Mom and I used to do those 3 days a week when I lived right behind them. Streeeetch and tone.
Wednesday: I walked to the gym for water aerobics class and at noon I tried a yoga class at the studio 3 blocks away. It was sweaty and bendy.

I like moving my body more and I realize that my posture could use some improvement. Relaaax your shoulders . . .
