My 123rd post is dedicated to Nick.
The Nicholas.
Some things he is doing lately:
Singing in the church Christmas choir and quartet this Sunday.
He sings the most unusual part - quircky notes and tones.
He aces it!
Yesterday he/we broke the spare bedroom door.
So, that happened.
(said like Alec Baldwin in State and Main - I couldn't find a clip)
We are leaving it be for now ... it is a crack on the back.
He cut my hair this morning.
The back layer was growing too long.
Now it looks much much better - like an adorable bob.
Nick works out 6 days a week; 5 at the gym, 1 outside.
He has started taking yoga on Tuesday mornings.
He paid the bills, punched some numbers, and gave us a
we want to have jobs by this time date.
It is a relief to know details and timelines.
We continue to pray and wait and pray.
He plays Star Kingdoms.
It is a game he and his brother used to talk about quite often.
Strategy!
He empties the dishwasher, makes delicious meals,
parallel parks like a professional,
tells me I am so pretty,
and is about to start our annual Lord of the Rings tradition tonight.
