I got new state driver's license today. I missed 4 of 35 on the written test. Nick only missed 1.
He read the whole book; I stopped reading 1/2 way through. Success! In the spirit of making friends and good use of our free time, we went to Wednesday night Bible study... it is in a little church about 4 blocks from our apartment. It was full of people our age, lasted 2 hours, and seemed spiritually immature but friendly. A mixed bag! Today we met with the youth minister at our regular church. We like teens. And, it solves our "What do we do on Wednesday night?" question.
We went to the Japanese Gardens yesterday with dental floss in hand. It was their annual Free Day and donations were accepted. Clean teeth, please! The gardens were just as beautiful as last year; I think there were more people, though ...I am about to sew a little curtain for the space under our stairs. It could lead to many more sewing projects. Quilts!
