We bought flowers! We like purple and white and pink and red.
I chose the flowers that now surround the lamppost.
Nick chose the flowers to line the Lux walkway.
We both chose the flower box flowers.
I taped all around our house numbers and spray painted them black.
I love spray paint! Graffiti is so tempting.
Nick painted the air conditioner cover and fence.
We had brats (thanks Lesters!). I don't usually like brats but these ones are tasty and smooth.
We went to many, many garage sales and while most were a bust, I got a lot of books - the old ones just like I like - some trivets to hang on the wall and a new shower rack. Most of my purchases were a Quarter! We got home around 11, went for a short run b/c it was hot, and relaxed.
I like weekends.

Your weekend sounds fun. It would be nice to have a kid free weekend once in a while to ACTUALLY relax. We'll be in Osky Father's day week, let me know if you can hang out, homey.
