Nick and I have decided to follow a marathon training schedule.
My friend Melanie told me about PBS's Nova program that followed several obese people through their Boston marathon training. I looked up the schedule and we begin tomorrow.
We are not planning on running a marathon, but instead change our habits by adhering to proven method.
I have walked 2 marathons.
Portland with Jen and Newport with Jen and Dad.
All I need are good shoes, water, bathrooms and snacks.

Will you guys be running the schedule? I looked at it and thought I could walk it. It would be nice to have shorts worthy legs again!

We will be walk/running as suggested and running when they have long runs scheduled. Nick is going longer than the alloted time since he and I are both in fair shape. I, however, am taking the schedule at face value. It is not much walking, but I do enjoy routine.
And legs!
My goal is skirt legs. Mini skirts!
