Reflection at dusk

Today I made it out of the house in the chilly air and moody weather - sun, hail, drizzle, sun.

I went into Trader Joe's to look for Nick's penguin candy; found it, checked out. The cashier and I had such a lively conversation about the candy that she gave me some mango chewy candy for free. "Try these, on me!" Then, I met Jen at Starbucks and she gave me a $5 gift card for drinks. Mom and Dad treated us to dinner and it turned out to be the Day of Free Things. Thank you!

My basketball bracket is shot. . .now I watch solely for pleasure, or not at all.
