Highlights from Family Vacation:
perfect, sunny weather / everyone being able to enjoy our rental house together / the ebb and flow of family energy and connection / not cooking any meals for 3 days / piles of kids around me and then not / learning to hoop again, on the deck with D and J / watching Dawn and Korbin hoop / lying in the sun, sitting in the dusk with Dawn / watching a movie a night  / being outside 70% of the time / G and M getting time alone with M and D / getting all the way into the ocean with Nick - freeeeezing! / getting chocolates and coffee with Dawn and Jen / coloring Mallory's hair with  markers (and later, mine) / watching Nick with all the kids - he is a jungle gym / giving Korbin a helicopter just before they left / going to the ocean on our last morning, early, alone, centering
