I was at work, listening to music and feeling isolated, wondering how adults get human contact in a meaningful way outside of a spouse or children. I don't have friends over like when I was a teenager and my job doesn't require me to see and serve customers or clients. So...I was feeling blue about my lack of human contact. Now, at home, I have my computer and paper and comfort. Ahhhh

Also, I learned that several Nordstom stores have removed their piano players because customers prefer piped in music and the Philadelphia Orchestra has filed for bankruptcy. I love piano! I've taken lessons a few times in my life and it is still on my list of things to master.
