I was reading a weekly newspaper and it said that Aristotle chose not to sculpt because he would rather work on soul-carving. The paper said it better - I did not write it down - and yet it made in impression on me. This year I will be fashioning my soul, my habits, my mind.
My idea hasn't formed fully yet but when something or someone comes into my life or mind I will try to think, "Is this/are they carving my soul for the better, worse or neither?" and then act or think accordingly.
Plus, with fashion as my word, I will also be trying a few clothing/accessory experiments. Fashion!

I love your plan! I am working on feeding myself more healthy foods and making planned time to do fun things to relax. No more stress!
