Today was Pumpkin Day. I trimmed Mom's hair while Nick and Dad walked to Farmers' Market. The air was crisp, sun was shining, and it was glorious. I have not carved pumpkins in years and decided today was the day to buy some round delightful decorations. We went to a farm and saw rows and rows of pumpkins - or punkins - if Nick is telling the story. We ended up with four adorable pumpkins and two large ones, which will be carved next week in time for Halloween.
