Yesterday I watched Netflix and felt all achy. Boo.
Today, I am exercising my writing muscle. Whew! Strong.
Someone gifted me with a Real Simple subscription. What a nice surprise. Thank you to whomever treated me!

In last month's issue, I was tickled by an article on time-savers that really aren't. Just yesterday, at the grocery store, I told Nick, "There are too many choices. I want less choices!" and then asked, "Do you remember in Godfather II when Vito gave his wife a pear and she was so excited?" That is the feeling of joy I want to feel when I am surrounded by goodness.

Digression, reigned back in.
The 10 time-save/time-wasters are. . .
dvr
interstate system
commuter flight
digital camera
coffeemaker
electric shaver
online grocery shopping
e-mail/social sites
computerized call centers
roomba cleaning robot

Purple ones are the ones I waste the most time on.

Jeanette,
I totally understand being overwhelmed by choices. Last time when we were back in the States I almost had to leave Walmart because I couldn't handle the stress of making so many decisions! It is a blessing and a nuisance. Right now I look forward to going to the States where I will have more to choose from :) There is something wrong with that picture.
