After sending many résumés and cover letters, I e-mailed one of my old alma maters. I simply stated, "I want to be an academic adviser. Can we meet?" Today, I got 2, yes 2, "Yes!" replies.
So, this Wednesday, I meet with the director of advising and next week with an English department adviser.
My other action was to apply for 3 hour volunteer shifts at the museum of art and downtown library. Oooh...so cultured.

Well, PSU. Does alma mater mean I graduated? If that is the case...I am wrong. :)
