Thursday is my favorite day of the week.
It is one day away from the weekend and also a good tv night. Office! 30 Rock!
In keeping with my love of Thursday, I am sharing some good news.
Nick and I are flying to Oregon for Christmas! We bought our tickets early this week and will be gone for a week. I love Oregon holidays. Family takes care of me, we see beautiful scenery,
meet with friends, eat delicious food, and go to the beach.
Also, I spoke with the woman who is my new boss! She is kind and easy-going. I begin shadowing GED instructors next week.
I can't wait to see what joy next week brings!

I'm so glad your boss is kind and easy-going. I hope the GED instructors are as well. I hope you like being a teacher more than you ever thought possible. I hope we go to the French bakery a lot while you're in Oregon!
Nette, what great news! I'm happy for you to begin your new work. I know you will be great at it. I'm also very happy that you get to be with family on Christmas! What a wonderful, winter get-away!
