I drove to Oskaloosa today in order to brainstorm about my birth project.
It will entail interviews and creative writing and get me 6 credits.
When I left Smokey Row to drive home after only an hour of writing.
The car was covered in snow. Big, fat snowflakes had been falling all hour long and it was beautiful. Wet and heavy snow that causes driving to be tricky.
The picture today is evidence of how big the flakes were right after I got in the car from brushing the snow off of the windows and headlights.
The ride home was slow...about 35-40 mph. Semis passed and I got nervous when their tires sprayed dirty snow on my windshield. Only one time did it last too long and I got very anxious, not being able to see at all as the road curved.
I am fine.
